Propósito:
Desarrollar las cuatro habilidades lingüísticas en inglés (comprensión auditiva, expresión oral, lectura y escritura), priorizando la fluidez y la capacidad de comunicación básica sobre la precisión gramatical, sintáctica y ortográfica, aunque promoviendo también esta última de forma progresiva.
El Programa Analítico en el marco de la Nueva Escuela Mexicana (NEM)
Lectura de la realidad (Diagnóstico socioeducativo): Análisis del entorno comunitario, la infraestructura escolar, las características de las familias y el nivel de aprendizaje de los alumnos.

Contextualización: Articulación de los Procesos de Desarrollo de Aprendizaje (PDA) del Programa Sintético con las problemáticas locales identificadas.
